Çanakkale Information Meeting of daire Project

Troya Culture Association was the organizer of the Çanakkale Information Meeting of the project titled "daire: Creating a Network Among CSOs and Public Institutions Through “Artist in Residence” Program" and conducted by K2 Contemporary Art Association (İzmir). On Thursday, August 1, the Korfmann Library of the Troia Foundation hosted the meeting, where public institutions, universities and artists' workshops and initiatives in Çanakkale were invited.

At the meeting where the project was introduced by Deniz Erbaş, participants exchanged ideas about the structure of the project and the collaborations to be established within this scope. The meeting was attended by Çanakkale Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, Çanakkale Museum Directorate, ÇOMÜ GSF, TÜRSAB, ÇATKAV and Troia Foundation, as well as artists from Çanakkale and art center representatives. The project's contribution to the publicity and visibility of Çanakkale as a cultural city on a national and international scale was emphasized. In this context, the public and NGO representatives put forward a common intention of possible contributions in the context of the apartment project.
