Maze is not just a maze. This single entry maze, which is comprised of the projection of the walls which are separating the two sides and placed as a temporary border because of political reasons, positions the iteration at the center with a cyclical form. Barriers of Kashmir, the walls surrounding Palestine, the United States-Mexico barrier, Baghdad wall, Belfast walls, the North-South Korean barriers, Kuwait-Iraq barrier, Morocco-Melilla Spanish Region, Saudi Arabia-Yemen barrier and Morocco-Western Sahara Wall. Projection of all these walls made of foam cut in CNC machine. This foam sculpture, made of spliced foam pieces which are creating their own
boundaries and turn into a map with its new borders, says strong words about the transience of these walls which appear to be permanent, through its material.
